change. for the Better.?.

sooo last night was awful. I was exhausted and crashed around 11ish. I didn’t get into a sound sleep. I guess I took moms advice to sleep “light, not tight” too literally. Of course I had a rough day yesterday and I’m sure that had an effect on my sleep, rather lack thereof. I probably got to sleep about 3:30 4ish. Woke up at 10. I’m dying for a nap, but I’m fighting it so I can sleep tonight. I think I’ll cook some pasta for dinner tonight. I haven’t gotten another email from UEP yet. Maybe by next week. Well not much to say.
